Placing a Compassionate Access Order Online

Step 1

A Medcan team member will send you an email with your login details. You can reset your password at anytime by clicking the ‘Reset Password’ button when you log into your account.

Step 2

Login to the Compassionate Access Order Portal via above ‘LOGIN’ button. 

Step 3

When placing your order, ensure to check:

  1. ‘Notification Email’ as this is the email that your tracking number will be sent to;
  2. ‘Shipping Address’ as this is the address that your order will be dispatched to.

Ensure all mandatory fields are completed. You will need to have the following information and documents on hand when placing your order:

  • Patient initials and DOB
  • Product and qty to be ordered for each patient
  • TGA form specific to each product line ordered

Click ‘Add Line Item’ to add more products to your order.


Step 4

‘You will receive an order confirmation via email which will include your specific order number. If you have any queries regarding this order or need to make any changes to this order, please ensure to quote this number to a Medcan team member.
